Project Description

Remodel to an existing apartment complex located in Irvine, California.  The existing apartment complex contains 11 different building types of approximately 4000 sf. each. The exterior remodel to each building includes finish upgrades, such as new paint, exterior siding, exterior wall cement plaster and roof repairs.  For these particular projects, Arch2Arch converted the hard-lined as-builts, (hand-drawn during the 1980’s), from PDF format to AutoCAD.  The General Contractor/Architect then placed their handwritten notes onto the PDFs and Arch2Arch placed the additional directives in the AutoCAD drawings as working documents.
