Project Description

Arch2Arch created the construction documents for this remodelled Clubhouse in Alameda, California.  The existing Clubhouse is approx. 7500 sf.  This project also includes the construction of an additional 850sf Leasing office and 500 s.f bike storage room.  The amenities in the Clubhouse include a Yoga Studio, Fitness Center, Laundry Room, and Package Center.  The new Leasing Office includes administrative offices.
